Nok-e-naiza pe sir nahi, hum hain

Sham-e-tanhai gham na kar k tera
Koi bhi humsafar nahi, hum hain

Chand se keh do, be dharak utre
Ghar mein dewar-o-dar nahi, hum hain

Woh jo sab se hain be khaber, tum ho
Jin ko apni khaber nahi, hum hain

Kyun jalate ho jhonpri apni?
Is mein lal-o-gohar nahi, hum hain

Hum hain humzaad, raat ko Mohsin
Jin ki qismat Sehr nahi, hum hain
