[silent-tears]

Here in the stillness of the present moment, my mind willingly submits to my heart.

With every breath I take I am conscious of love flowing into me and through me.

I sense a oneness with the divine and all creation.

I am aware of goodness surrounding me on every side.

Fear and anxiety have taken flight.

Whispers of gratitude escape from my lips and run into the blissful, eternal, silence that envelops me.

My soul is free and I am at peace.
