Kabhi humeN bhi, kuchh ashaar bataa diya karo,
Rang gazalo ka, hum par bhi chaDha diya karo,
Kabhi bataao jindgee jeene ki tarqeeb humeN,
Sikha ke, khushi ka aabshaar bahaa diya karo,
Jab dekho chash-e-tar, mulaaqaat pe humaaree,
Us hijr ko, wasl-e-jaanaaN banaa diya karo,
Rakhi nahiN hai khwaaish, kabhi mile sanaad humeN,
Kar ke imdaad, har iljaam kee sazaa diya karo,
Taaumr gungunaate rahe hum, tere naam kee gazale,
Kabhi sargam ban kar, tum bhi mazaa diya karo !!!!
