raat guzar jati he tumhare khawabon me
khawabon se jagati sehar jaroor he

eak saya sath tha WO bhi ab door he
tanhai me tanha rehne ko majboor he

guzrata he lamhe sadiyon ki manind
ishq me tadpte rehne ka dastoor he

sanaton ke bhanwar me dil dhadkta he
dil me aaj bhi unki dhadkan jaroor he

nikal jo unki mehfil se nazren jhukaye
lagta he sare mehfil qatil mshoor he

ladkhadaye Jo kadam rahon me kabhi
ye sab unki mast nazron ka kasoor he

intehai ishqe pegam rusva rahe sare bazaar
diwane ko na maloom wo kitne magroor he

rahon se rahen juda he to kya ho
ishqe me chak damam bhi guroor he

muddaton ki khalish me sukune dil nahi
ashqon me lahu ka dariya bharpoor he

jis hansi qatil pe kesh huve shakir
