Like the Ganges

The Ganges – a great river
Has a grand source.
Originating from
The majestic Himalaya,
It enriches and nourishes
Countless lives
Throughout its course.
Yet, owing to its source,
It never dries,
Remains fresh always.

Let us all too
Rejuvenate ourselves
Like The Ganges fresh and pure
At its source.
And flow eternally
Into the future,
In the numerous lands,
Parched and barren,
Waiting for a Ganges
To reach and revive them.
