Heres ,sharing one of the beautiful ghazals of Faraaz...Enjoy!!






Jis simt bhi dekhooN nazar aata hai ke tum ho
Ae jaan-e-jahaaN ye koi tum saa hai ke tum ho

Yeh khwaab hai, khushboo hai, ke jhoNka hai, ke pal hai
Yeh dhuNd hai, baadal hai, ke saayaa hai, ke tum ho

Is deed ki sahAat main kaiye rang hain larzaaN
Mein hooN ke koi aur hai duniya hai ke tum ho

DekhO yeh kisi aur ki aankhAin hain ke meri
DekhooN yeh kisi aur ka chehra hai ke tum ho

Yeh umr-e-gurezaaN kahin tahre to yeh jaanooN
Har saaNs main mujh ko yeh lag ta hai ke tum ho

Har bazm main mauzoo-e-suKhan dil zadgaaN ka
Ab kaun hai Shireen hai ke Laila hai ke tum ho

Ik dard ka phaila huA sahara hai ke mein hooN
Ik mauj main aaya huAa dariya hai ke tum ho

Woh waqt na aaiye ke dil-e-zaar bhi sochay
Is shehar main tanha koi hum sa hai ke tum ho

Aabaad hum aashufta sarOn se nahin maqtal
Yeh rasM abhi shehar main zinda hai ke tum ho

Ae jaan-e-’Faraz’ itni bhi taufeeq kise thi
Hum ko ghum-e-hasti bhi gawaara hai ke tum ho

Mashallaahh.. Faraaz ki ghazleN , NazmeN ek Balandii hai Urdu shaayri ke Meyaar pe.. har lafz ki tadapp, padhne waaloN ke dil tak utartee hai.. Shukriyaa Zainy ise hamaare saath share karne ke liye.. Har baar padhne me wahi lutf miltaa hai... and Congrats for your 5000th Post in SDC... Good work... Keep Going and growing... Tc
