Woh to khushboo hai, hawaon main bikhar jaae ga
Maslaa to phool ka hai phool kidhar jaae ga

Hum tou samjhe the ke ik zakhm hai bhar jaae ga
Kya khabar the keh rag e jaan main utar jaae ga

Woh hawaon ki tarhan khana e bajaan phirta hai
Ik jhonka hay jo aye ga, guzar jaae ga

Woh jab aye ga to phir uski rafaqat ke liye
Mousam e gul mere angan main theher jaae ga

Aakhrish woh bhi kahin rait pe bethe honge
Tera yeh pyar bhi daryaa hai utar jaae ga

Mujhko tehzeeb ke barzhak ka bana dia waris
Jurm yeh bhi mere ajdaad ke sar jaae ga
