Jab riste naate bikhar gaye
gairon maine fir hum chalte hain
jab sun-Ne wala koi nahi
fir khatam kahani kehte hain
jee kar bhi itne barso mein
samjhe dastoor na duniya ka
jab milta nahi sakoon yahan
to us duniya mein chalte hain
kahne ko baharen ab bhi hain
rangin nazaren ab bhi hain
par saath na ho dene wala
fir tark gulistaan karte hain
raah banaya bade jatan se
kaante ko hataya palko se
jab ghar tak unko aana nahi
to band darwaja karte hain................

एक कोने में बैठा सिसकता अचेतन सा पडा
गाल पर आंसू की बूंदे
अभी सूखी भी नही
आँखो में स्तब्धता
चेहरे पर उदासी
बिखरे बाल, और मन में कुछ सवाल
अपलक टकटकी लगाये
शुन्य निहारता निरन्तर।
