Main kisii shaakh ke jaisaa hoon ke Phoolon pe Lutaa hooN.

Teree AankheN teraa Surmaa, Terii ZulfeN teraa Gajraa,
MaiN MakeenoN pe Fidaa hooN ke MakaanoN pe Lutaa hooN.

Merii Aadat teraa Jalwaa merii Chaahat tujhe Paanaa,
Tere Peeche jo chalaa hoon Inhii Raahon pe Lutaa hoon.

Ye teree yaad Dilaaate Rahe Mahtaab O Anjum,
Aisi kitnii hi sanam ChaaNdni RaatoN pe Lutaa HooN.

Ye Nashaa Shaad hai kaisaa jo Utartaa hi nahii hai,
Kisi Saaqi ki maiN Makhmoor NigaahoN pe Lutaa hooN.
