for years I would ask heart to have a desire
I would ask my heat to choose someone I would admire
there were many girls, everyday I would see
but, worthy of my love? none could be
some, gold diggers, some would've just played with my heart
but I guess life always has good part
and than I saw you. It felt like that first ray of light,
that actually made my day, and my life bright
that day I wished, may you always stay in my sight
that you could never apart from me, if I held you really tight
I would think of you at every moment of every day and every night
I would think if I should tell you about my feelings, and that one day I might
now that I look back and see that I HAVE told you, I guess I was right
so what if things couldn't work right?
at least we're still really good friends
no matter what happens I will make sure that my love for you never ends
because my love for you is my life
and I really need it to survive
please don't ask me to forget you. I wont be able to live
all I ask is that you let me love you unconditionally
because my love, to you, is the least I can give
