My Love, My Life

I wanted her for life, this lady I adore.
I saw my own forever once,
and still I wanted more.
Those days we shared possessed my heart, each moment lit a flame,
They burn each night to light the way,
To bring her back again.

Like all of you I live in hope,
a silent, lonely place.
They lock me in, those four cold walls,
What need have I of space?
I need her smile, her touch, her love,
I need her tender ways
To help me live, to see, to feel,
To fill up all my days.

I use the moon and stars as friends,
The darkness hides the tears.
Time has no use for limits,
the days, the months, the years
But when I reach my journey's end,
a rainbow high above.
There she will be with open arms,
a messenger of love.

She's far away my desert rose,
too far to kiss goodnight,
I miss her morning sunshine,
her afternoon delight.
Her beauty spans the ages,
her eyes they melt my heart.
To tell you of her loveliness,
please say, where do I start?

Love is the reason that I came,
the reason I must go.
To wait alone through autumn rain,
and freezing winter snow.
But after all, she is my love,
the reason that I strive,
To bring her home,
to hold me tight,
and make me feel alive.

Don't give up hope on distant loves,
and roads that seem so long.
Just feed upon your memories,
to make the weakness strong.
Hold on to hope,
to dreams of love,
and songs within your heart.
Then bring them home,
hold on so tight,
And never let them go

Ajj thuk maine asi itni dil ko chune wali english poem khabi nahen dekhi.Sari poem ase dil ko hila deti hai,ke kia kahein.Bohut hi khoob poem hai.Aur there are so many beautiful descriptions in it,I can't stop reading it over and over.Ye Sari poem hi itni khoob hai,par ye lein main apni kuch fav lines bataadetein hun.
