3. maiN ye lafz "faraazoN" bas 1-2 baar hi dekha hoga. ek link copy kar raha hooN, ek bahaut hi khoobsurat nazm ka (in this beautiful nazm, the usage of this word is quite similar to how Ananthpak sahab has used in his misra). shayad, zehn mein ye kaheen n kaheen yehi baat rahi ho aur is wajah se main ne introduction mein ise mention kar diya tha. but, like always, I have a completely open mind about it and would love to learn more about this aspect. is activity ke peechhe mera ek bahaut selfish maqsad hai, which is self learning

4. hum kisi bhi lafz par definitive raay kaayam karne ke liye, puraane classical shora ya maanhe huwe ustaad shora ke qalaam ki misaal dekhte hain, aur is lafz ke mutalliq us tarah ke shora ki koyee misaal dekhne ko naheen milee hai mujhe ab tak.
to in sab baatoN ko dekhte hue, at this point and with the information at our disposal at present, to ek substantial doubt zaroor create hua hai lafz "faraazoN" ko le kar. as of now, it might be safer not to use it till there is a doubt over it, because we have not found very substantial and irrefutable evidence in it's favor as of now.
par seekhne ke lihaaz se, main sabhi members se appeal karna chaahoonga ki jo bhi is masale par roshni daal sakte hain, ya koyee opinion rakhte hon, please saamne zaroor aayein aur humein is ek pehloo par seekhne ka mauka dein.

Ji, ye baat aap ki bilkul sahi hai Ananthpak ji. I also agree ki thorhi si creative liberty jaayaz hai aur kuchh to "safe zone" ke baahar bhi khelna allowed hona chaahiye (of course as long as it is within reasonable limits ). Isi liye mera maanna hai ki final call shayar ka hota hai ki kaun sa lafz ya kya expression is most appropriate. Magar in haalaat mein aisa bhi hota hai ki koyee linguistic ya grammatical correctness par sawaal uthaaye, jis case mein ye ek subjective masla ho jaata hai ki (1) kya ye creative liberty within reasonable limits hai (jis ki koyee definition ya measurement parameter naheen hai) aur (2) language ke kisi fundamental principle ko violate to naheen kar rahi

mere limited opinion mein aap ne jaisa use kiya hai wo within reasonable limits lagta hai, aur ek aur nazm ka bhi example main ne diya tha jahaan ye lafz shayar ne use kiya hai.

main, bas is liye itne detail mein clarify kar raha hoon taaki jo log is thread se seekhne ke liye aaye hain, unhein ek balanced opinion mil sake, taaki wo apna interpretation karte waqt ya is lafz ko future mein istemaal karte waqt, both sides of the argument ke baare mein aware rahein aur apna judgment laga sakein

Masti ji, these were my humble opinions and suggestions only .... only a directional thought, not very exact or prescriptive points ... agar aap ka koyee aur nazariya ho to wo bhi zaroor farmaayein ... we believe in a free-flowing and easy-going conversation

kuch chizon ke mazaa unki imperfections mein aata hai iss liye issey main aise he rakhungi. kuch aur koshish karti hun agar usmein kuch kami lage toh betakaluff mujhe bataaiyega aur theek kar dijiyega.mujhe khushi hogi.

kabhi haath chod diya mera hudu ke aitraaz ke liye
Main likhti rahi naame tera safaa-e-zindagi par

aur waah !! aap ne doosre qalaam mein to kamaal hi kar diya !! bahuat hi khoob kaha aap ne ise. kya irony kya soz kya tragedy kya shikwa hai !!! bahaut hi wazan hai is mein !! aur andaaz e bayaan bhi khoob hai !! dheron daad aur mubaarakbaad aap ko !!

bas ek chhota sa clarification ... mujhe lafz "hudu" ka meaning naheen aata. can you please clarify. by any chance did you mean "adu" (rival / enemy) ? aur 3rd & 4th misre mein kya typo hai by any chance ... did you mean "naam" in place of "naame" and "maam". ji agar maine koyee cheez galat samjhi ho to bejhijhak mujhe correct kar dijiye

yoon hi is bazm ko apne khoobsurat qalaam se nawaazti rahiye !!

to ye aur bhii hameN sochne pe majboor karta hai ki 'faraaz' ka plural 'faraazoN' ho sakta hai ki 'faraaz' hi uska plural form bhii hai?

aur koii misaal mil nahi rahe haiN.....

Aadeil sahab ... bahaut khoob ! Aap ne waaqayee achchhee research ki hai, aur ye misaal di hai ki lafz "faraaz" plural mein istemaal ho sakta hai, aur is ke liye humein is lafz ko modify karne ki zaroorat naheen hoti. Saath hi, hum pehle bhi dekh chile hain, ki kisi puraane ustaad shayar ki misaal naheen mili lafz "faraazoN" ke liye, haalanki ek recent misaal mili hai, lekin kyunkimye conclusive naheen hai is liye us ka use hum ne members par chhorh diya hai.

Bas ek alag context mein, as a learning thought, ek chhoti si baat kehna chaahoonga, ki kuchh aise lafz bhi hote hain, jo singular form mein plural ka kaam bhi karte hain (jaise "faraaz"), par kuchh situations mein un ke alag plural form bhi ban jaate hain.

Ek misaal, jo Faiz sahab, ke 2 aashaar se, milti hai

na gul khile haiN na un se mile haiN na mayy pee hai
ajeeb raNg se ab ke bahaar guzree hau
- faiz

guloN meiN raNg bhare baad e naubahaar chale
chale bhi aao ke gulshan ka kaarobaar chale
- faiz

lafz "gul" aur "gulon" dono co-exist karte hain.

aur kuchh aise lafz hain jo as is form mein bhi plural hain aur "oN" laga ke bhi plural ban jaate hain ... Gham / Ghamon .... Phool / Phool .... Armaan / Armaanon etc etc

this point is for learning purpose only, and no bearing to the prior disussion.

agar dhoonshne par bhi lafz "faraazon" naheen mil raha hai to we wil have to assume it does not exist.
