Chand ke naam koi khat jo tum agar likhna !
Hukumat teri zami pe hai itni khabar likhna !!

Tumhaare aane ke baad ab falak par !
Wo aaye na aaye ..main hoon bekhabar likhna !!

Uska guroor-e-husn beparwaah bahut hai !
Zamin se mangi meri dua hai be-asar likhna !!

Chandni bikhri hai zami par jiski !
Chand wo mera hai humsafar likhna !!

Chandni barsa ke mutmaiN ho kar !
Ban gaya zakhmon se bekhabar likhna !!

TukdoN tukdoN me deedar-e-yaar hota rha !
Bujh gaye charaag aur hui nahi sahar likhna !!


Bayan-e-khat me maine tumhe chand kaha hai !
Beshaq tumhare rukh se chandni barasti hai !!
Ye khudgarzi hai meri ya tera zor-e-shabaab hai !
Sahilon ko chor aankh kashtiyon pe marti hai !!

Bahut gumraah karna chahta hai aaina mujhko !
Magar wo apni hi fitrat se hardam haar jaata hai !! (Pankaj Mishra 'Nawaab')

Pankaj ji...............wahhhhhhhhh kya gazal kahi hai aapne....majja aa gya pad kar...yu hi acchi acchi shayri likhte rhiye aur bazm ki ronak banaye rakhiye.
