Sun or Moon...
 

Hello Friends..

Think about this..

Which is more useful,the Sun or the Moon? The Moon is more useful since it gives us light during the night, when it is dark, whereas the Sun shines only in the daytime, when itis light anyway..

The sun shines in the daytime when it is light that is true. But it is only light BECAUSE the sun shines, if the sun did not shine then it would be dark (an example is when its cloudy it goes dark). Like when there is an eclipse and the sun is hidden, the world goes dark.
Therefore the sun is more useful, and anyways, the moon only shines because of the sun. :)

Shayar4ever, I'm a psychology student too, but in science i've always been taught that the moon only shines because of the sun thats why you sometimes only see half a moon, not always a full moon, so the first statement is extremly questionable.

mein abhi to sirf bachelors hi kar rahi hoon, age jake pata nahin kya mein specialise karoongi. Abhi to clinical, councelling, aur criminology interesting lag rahe hai, magar pata nahin. Any ideas?

Ha, mujhe clinical mushkil to lag ta hai, magar thora sa boring ho ja ta hai eventually, na? isliye i am leading towards criminology and counselling, yeh dono interesting lag te hai, magar mujhe aur information doond na parega.

As for freud, mujhe to woh bilkul pasand hi nahin, ajeeb se kayal the uske, khud ko normal sabit karne kiliye usne baki saab ko pagal bana diya. Aur, ha clinical mushkil hai, magar i bet freud left it because clinical psychology didn't support his theories.

Pata hai, freud ka grandson abhi Kings College (in london) mein psychology parta hai - wish i was in his class, itna maza aata ;) hehe ;)

how are you ? Thanx for your reply. Par ab Humein lagta hain ki Humein yeh post delete kar deni chahiye. Kai logon ne mail mein bhi Humein samjha ne ki koshish ki "Bhai , Moon Sun se hi Light leta hain." To kya I was not knowing..Aur yeh jaankar achha laga ki Aap bhi Psychology kar rahi hain. Hum abhi Bachelors kar rahe hain isliye Philosophy aur Psychology , two subjects i have to study..

I thought it was a good post, not boring at all. But, i think the answer may be too easy - philosophical quotes are meant to be more thought-provoking.

I hope you are enjoying your psychology and philosophy course. I would have liked to have done philosophy too, but my bachelors is a science degree so it does not allow it :( That is a shame, mujhe philosophy bhot pasand hai.

But, I do not like Freud. Ha, woh psychology ka baap kehlata hai, magar isliye kyon ke uske theories itni far-fetched thi ke log us par yakeen karte the, aur ha id ego or superego make sense, magar the oedipus and electra complexes are nonsense, hehna?

Jaane konsi ajeeb ajeeb se kayal aate the usko. Mujhe lagta hai aap kuch sai keh rahe ho, ke psychologists pagal hi hote hai, magar sab psychologists nahin, but the majority are, aur freud pagal hi tha ;) hehe
