Naqsh-e-Qadam pe aaj bhii parchaaiyaaN baaki rahiN,
murjhaa gaye haiN phool par raanaaiyaaN baaki rahiN.

is dauD bhaag ki zindagee se ab main kaafi thak gayaa,
suba'haa se din dhalne talak angDaaiyaaN baaki rahiN.

RuKhsat hue wo ghar se apne, dil se mere naa hue,
MuddateN beeteeN magar shahnaaiyaaN baaki raheeN.

ashq kahnaa chaahte they Gham dil-e-naakaam kaa,
par lab-e-bismil pe kuch khaamoshiyaaN baaki raheeN.

log paDh lete hain merii aaNkh me cheheraa teraa,
kuch isii tara'haa terii ruswaaiyaaN baaki raheeN.

yaad jo karta hoon wo din sochtaa hoon Shaad phir
ham tum nahi to kyon faqat betaabiyaaN baaki raheeN.

Shaad sahab.. Mafi chahungi Aajkal sdc p aana nahi Hota.. Aapki ghazal padhi Aur Kai baar reply karna chaha par mumkin na Hua...

Bahot shukriya aapne hamare sath share kiya ye khoobsoorat kalaam... Har Sher muhabbat se labrez..dilkash bayangi hamesha ki tarah... Daad qubool Karein is behtareen ghazal par...
Aur bhi aage padhne ka mauka dete rahein..

Shaad bhai.....bahut khoobsurat bayaani....pyar, dard aur tadap sab hai aapki poetry meiN, accha lagta hai aap jaise shayroN ko padna.
