Kaisi talab kaisaa nashaa, hai ke guzar jaata nahi,
Chehraa mere ab jaa-ba-jaa, koee nazar aata nahi.

Ye be-mehar dil hai badaa, ab baat kuch maane kahaaN,
Dhadke hi jaae Raat-din, ek pal thahar jata nahi.

Main zindegi bhar Raat ke, saaye me jeeta rah gayaa,
Wo hai agar Baade-sabaa, to kyuN saher laata nahi.

Har aarzu hai Be-sabar, girdaab me kashti kaa sar,
Apni duaaon me kabhi, fir bhii asar paata nahi.

Chaale paDe hain PaaoN me, Pahuche nahi hain ChaaoN me,
mulqe-sanam ki Raah me, koee Shajar aata nahi.

Til bhar khumaari saaqiyaa aaye na tere jaam se,
jab tak Puraane Yaar ka Saaya idhar aata nahi.

Armaano ki aawaaz hoon, haara nahi main 'Shaad' hoon,
Har aag me jaltaa hoon main jab tak nikhar jaata nahi.






Baade-saba--- morning breeze
sahar--- subah.
girdaab-- bhawar.

Bahut zabardast ... Saaf Bayaani .... Khoob rawaa ghazal kahi hai aapne hai .. sabhi ashaar purkashih rahe ... tahe dil se daad hazir hai ... aise hi umdaa kalaam likhte raheN aur aate rahen aage bhi ... khush rahen ... !

apna theek se khayaal rakheN ... !
