dard tumko jamaane se kitna mila pata kya
jaanna hai sirf itna tumne unko diya kya

raat andhere sochte ho kitne aansu mil rahe
kisi ke muskaan ke baare me kabhi socha kya

ishk apna dard apna lekar bahoot ghum liye
iske alaawa bhi aur kuchh kabhi kahi dekha kya

wahi kahaani baar baar suna ke thake nahin
har najar me ek kahaani ko najarandaaj kiya kya

kuchh aur mat maang aiye insaan jeene ke liye
jo mila hai ab tak use hi sambhaal paaya kya

bharosa kar khoodi par haar nahi hogi kabhi
bharose se bada jameen par aur rakha kya
