Kisi duniya me fir se mil jane ka wada raha
Tuti kasmeen fir se nibhane ka wada raha

Cheen paye na muzhse kisi mazhab ka koi khuda tuzhe
Aali is kadar khud ko banane ka wada raha.

Teri kashmakash teri aankhoon se bayaN hoti hai
Haal-e-dil apna bhi sunane ka wada raha

Sirhana gale laga k roya hai tu maloom hai
Ek-umr tuzhe sine se lagane ka wada raha

Bewafa nahi ke tuzhse door rah ke zinda hooN
Tinka tinka tere gum me jal jane ka wada raha

ShararateeN meri yaad kar ke tu rona nahi
Jee bhar ke tuzhe is baar satane ka wada raha

zakhm gehre hai khabhar hai yeh shehar bhar mein
tere shehar mein phir mar jaane ka wada raha

yunHi likhte rahiYeGaa
